Ugh, I finally caved in and downloaded Akismet. I know, lots of comment spam already in place. I’m not going to be like Randolph and nuke it all though. I have a few ideas of ways to remove the 16,000 spam comments on all of my posts. We will see…
Speaking of new ideas - I have a friend that used to work for First Tennessee Bank with me that has started his own blog. He is a real nice guy, and though he hates server side coding, he is a hellva css fiend. Check out the Ask the CSS Guy to learn some cool tips and tricks. Bofester is also working on a new site - Daily Shortcut.

How wierd, two nights in a row. I just got in, I’m wore out, this staying up late crap is for the birds. I just wanted to tell everyone that I’ll be updating the site tommorrow morning / early afternoon - so expect some things to not be working! I’ll try to limit the downtime - alright?!?

I’m going to church tonight, but after that I am planning on installing galleryv2.0 and uploading some pictures. I’ve got some good ones that everyone needs to see (apartment pics, new furniture pictures, pics of me, etc).
I forgot to post my workout from last night, so I’m going to now:
- 1 mile lap around neighborhood on bike (started raining)
- 30 minutes on stationary bike on random hill mode with level set on 10 (heavy sweating)
Wow, that doesn’t sound like much - I was wore out from it though.

A girl from church and I are going to see Crossfade, Smile Empty Soul, and Cold at the Beaumont Club next Thursday - Sept. 22nd. Expect an extensive concert review. I’ve seen Smile Empty Soul at some random Buzzfest from year’s past and best I remember they sucked - very “angst parents” sounding but I have their CDs and they are not that bad…

I’ve had some major changes in my life in the last few months. It’s time for me to do my part. I’m going to use this blog as a way of communicating with my friends and family at home. I’m going to use this blog to celebrate my relationship with Jesus Christ. I’m going to share my thoughts on music, technology, and political agendas.
This, my friends, will be awesome and with the encouragement i’ve recieved from some of my best buddies (Bofe | Randolph) I know it will be successful. So strap on your seatbelts - version 3.0 is upon us …
